2. All goods supplied by BigDongs.de remain the property of the vendor Bigdongs.de until such time as they are paid for in full.

3. All goods sold through this site are sold as 'novelty goods'. The vendor BigDongs.de cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by improper use.

4. All goods come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will exchange it for an alternative product or refund your money (S&H costs are non refundable).

Returns conditions:
1. Goods MUST BE unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).
2. Goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Goods must be received back at our office within 30 days from the day you receive your order.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods without notice. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
We are unable to exchange any items which are made to measure for special orders.

5. We do not accept unclaimed packages.

6. All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to BigDongs.de within 3 days of the delivery date.
All goods are supplied with a 30 day fault warranty (faulty goods can only be returned for exchange not refund once outside of our 30 day satisfaction guarantee).

7. Products shown on this website may vary slightly from the images displayed.

8. BigDongs.de cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied during the checkout process.

9. We charge our foreign customers a small lump sum for delivery. We pay the rest of the delivery charges.
Therefore, we must charge a minimum quantity surcharge of 5,00 EUR on all orders under 20,00 EUR.
